At Hazel Floristy, we are committed to ensuring your floral arrangements arrive fresh, beautiful, and in excellent condition. Every order is carefully prepared and handled with care to provide a seamless delivery experience.
 

Delivery Hours

We offer daily deliveries during the following time slots:

• 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

If you have a preferred delivery time or special request, please leave a note in the Order Notes / Special Requests section before checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
 

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery is available within the Taiping area for orders of RM350 and above (This offer excludes Subscription Plans).

• Delivery charges for locations outside the free delivery zone will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team.

Self-pickup is available during our operating hours. Please wait for our confirmation before visiting the store to collect your order.
